TommieSea.com provides information about vehicle inventory, financing assistance, and automotive consulting services through Tommie L Sea Sr, a Community Ambassador and Senior Consultant for Chapman Automotive Group in Las Vegas, Nevada. Submitting a contact form or pre-qualification application does not guarantee approval, vehicle availability, or financing terms. All offers are subject to final approval and verification.

By using our Site and submitting any form, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• All information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You will not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to SMS communications, you agree to the following terms:

• You consent to receive text messages from TommieSea.com regarding vehicle inventory, financing options, follow-ups, and related communications.
• Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
• Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us.
• You may reply STOP at any time to cancel SMS communications. You may also reply HELP for assistance.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase, financing approval, or of submitting any application or form.

Submitting a pre-qualification application through our Site does not constitute a credit application, loan approval, or binding purchase agreement. All financing is subject to final credit approval by third-party lenders. Tommie L Sea Sr and Chapman Automotive Group are not lenders and do not make credit decisions. Interest rates, terms, and down payment requirements vary based on creditworthiness and lender guidelines.

Our referral reward program offers $200 to the referring party and $500 toward a vehicle purchase for the referred party, subject to the following:

• The referred party must complete a qualifying vehicle purchase at a Chapman Automotive Group dealership.
• The referral must be disclosed at the time of initial contact or recorded in our system prior to purchase.
• Rewards are paid after the referred transaction is finalized and funded.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time without notice.
